All Jane Wear Jewelry pieces are hand-forged and silver-smithed in my private studio in the midwest.

Most items in my shop are handcrafted upon purchase, unless otherwise stated. Most items pictured are the first of each design I create. Each piece is unique and may have slight differences than example pictured, which makes each piece just that much more special!

The artist reserves all reproduction rights. No work may be reproduced in any manner whatsoever with out express, written consent of the artist, including jewelry, designs, names, images and descriptions.

Payment is preferred at the time of your selection. I reserve the right to cancel any unpaid sale after 5 days, unless we've discussed another arrangement for payment.

I offer FREE SHIPPING to the Continental United States via United States Postal Service - First Class.

All orders over $100 will be sent with a signature confirmation.

*Please make sure your address is correct at the time of your purchase. I am not responsible for lost items if you do not provide your correct address at checkout.

*All custom orders, personalized orders, and made to order items are ALL final sale, including fingerprint and pet print jewelry, NO refunds will be given once payment is submitted. Depending upon the situation, I may be able to re-create your piece for you for an additional fee.

*I am not responsible for any lost or misplaced orders once they are in the hands of the postmaster. In some cases, I may be able to duplicate an order upon request for an additional charge.

The fingerprint jewelry I create is not intended to replace identification information for children and families. Fingerprint jewelry is completely handcrafted, and may have slight differences from the actual print. The finished fingerprint piece will shrink in size from the molded print due to the high temperatures the silver is fired, over 1400 degrees F.

Each print is different and will not look exactly like the example pictures. Most prints in the example pictures are of an adult male with a deep print, not everyone's print is that deep, some are lighter and shallower than others, it really just depends on each person. So please expect differences in your finished piece!

*Children under the age of 2 may have a very light print and may be difficult to see in a finished jewelry piece. Please be aware of this before purchasing for a child's print as they are NON REFUNDABLE!*

*Each piece is different and unique on it's own due to the handcrafted nature of my work and each individual's print and I ask that each of my customers read and understand this thoroughly before purchasing, thank you!*

Sterling silver jewelry is made from quality 92.5% silver and may tarnish over time depending on air, perfumes, skin acidity, and many other factors. Sterling silver may be polished to restore its shine.

Oxidized (darkened) sterling silver is completed by hand and may result in subtle differences of tone and color - it is not a black coating on the silver. The blackened color may fade and change over time creating an aged look. DO NOT USE a "silver cleaner" on oxidized jewelry as it will distort or may completely remove the oxidation, changing the look of your piece.

Fine silver jewelry is crafted from 99.9% silver and does not tarnish, however with time, may take on an aged sheen. Clean with mild soap and water.

Copper, bronze and steel jewelry may have differences in color from the example pictures shown as each is handcrafted and unique. Depending on each person's skin acidity and make-up, copper, bronze, or steel jewelry may discolor skin while wearing. This may be a surprise to some who may have never owned a piece created of different metals, so please be aware of this before ordering.

To sustain the look of your new jewelry it is best to avoid wearing pieces while sleeping or anytime spent in water, this includes silver and gold jewelry. All jewelry needs to be handled with much care to retain the original look of the piece.

I prefer to only work with happy, loving people who are flexible, understanding and appreciative of the uniqueness of the handcrafted process. I am an artist by design, which makes me a little quirky, but also allows me to pour my heart and soul into each piece I create!
